These services are a guide of what I offer, so don't worry if you feel your situation doesn't really fit into any of the options below.

I always start with a discovery call where you can tell me more about your brand, and together we can uncover what's really going on... and where I can help you best.

Account Audit

This is usually the perfect place to start, especially if you know your emails and SMS should be doing more.

I'll comb through your Klaviyo account, looking for gaps and leaks, uncovering opportunities to connect, convert and build loyalty.

You'll receive a detailed report, highlighting what's working and what's been costing you sales.

From this, you can choose to implement the changes internally, or we can discuss next steps of working together.

Account audits are £975 +VAT investment with a 1-week turnaround from the agreed start date.

Account overhaul

If you haven't touched your forms and flow since forever ago, or you paid an agency to do it, and know your emails are nothing like your brand, it's time for an account overhaul.

After a brand intensive (we always start here!) where I get to really understand what makes your brand unique, get to know your best customers and uncover why they choose to shop with you over anyone else.

I'll also take an external look at your key competitors to laser in on your point of difference.

Next, along with your input, we'll map out the full buying journey on Miro, so you have a visual of the experience we will be creating.

Each stage is built around buying psychology and considering what your prospects already know, what they see, think and feel (empathy map).

From this, I'll create a master email template and a suite of forms and flows to bring your dream buying experience vision to reality.

Account overhauls start from £3895 +VAT investment with a minimum of 20 flow emails and 4 forms.

This also includes a master email template and all the random touchpoints you haven't thought of, but your email subscribers are seeing (or missing!)

Account management

Once we've got your account organised and back in control, ongoing account management will keep it from straying off course again!

I'll stay on board to do all the stuff you just don't have the time/bandwidth for:

🙋🏼‍♀️ Analysing and reporting on the data you actually want to see, so you stay confident in the knowledge that everything is taken care of.
